  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the tart shell ingredients and press the mixture into a tart pan. Bake for 10 minutes and set aside to cool.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add the egg yolks, Calpis, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Mix until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, beat the egg whites until foamy. Gradually add the powdered sugar and continue beating until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the cream cheese mixture. Pour the mixture into the cooled tart shell.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until the meringue is golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 30 minutes before serving.
