  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Cut off the tops and bottoms of the onions, then peel off the outer layer.
  3. Using a spoon or melon baller, scoop out the center of each onion, creating a hollow.
  4. In a bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Stuff each onion with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing it down gently.
  6. Brush the outside of each onion with olive oil.
  7. Place the stuffed onions on the grill and cook for about 20-25 minutes, or until the onions are tender and the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
  8. Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
