  6. Flip the dough and immediately sprinkle minced garlic, crumbled feta cheese, sliced Kalamata olives, diced tomatoes, thinly sliced red onion, and fresh oregano on top.
  7. Close the grill lid and cook for another 5-7 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the toppings are heated through.
  8. Remove the grilled pizza from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
  9. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  10. Slice and serve hot.
