  2. Cut the romaine lettuce in half lengthwise and brush each half with olive oil.
  3. Grill the lettuce, cut side down, for 2-3 minutes or until lightly charred.
  4. Remove the lettuce from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Drizzle the dressing over the grilled lettuce.
  7. Top with croutons and squeeze lemon juice over the salad.
  8. Serve immediately.
