Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Cut the romaine lettuce in half lengthwise and brush each half with olive oil.

Grill the lettuce, cut side down, for 2-3 minutes or until lightly charred.

Remove the lettuce from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.

In a small bowl, whisk together the garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper.

Drizzle the dressing over the grilled lettuce.

Top with croutons and squeeze lemon juice over the salad.
