Shred the green and red cabbage into thin strips.

Grate the carrots.

In a large bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.

Add the shredded cabbage and grated carrots to the bowl and toss until well coated.
