  6. Punch down the dough and knead in the raisins.
  7. Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces and shape them into buns.
  8. Place the buns on a baking sheet, cover, and let them rise for 30 minutes.
  9. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  10. Bake the buns for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  11. Remove from the oven and let them cool.
  12. Dust the buns with powdered sugar before serving.
