Thaw and drain the frozen spinach, removing any excess moisture.

In a bowl, mix the spinach, diced Brie cheese, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut into small squares or circles.

Place a spoonful of the spinach and Brie mixture onto each pastry square.
