Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.

In a bowl, mash the yolks with a fork.

Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, diced green chiles, green onions, salt, and black pepper to the mashed yolks. Mix well.

Spoon the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.

Sprinkle paprika on top for garnish.
