  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, shredded coconut, chopped walnuts, melted butter, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, beaten egg, vanilla extract, and Grand Marnier liqueur. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased square baking dish.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat together softened butter, heavy cream, custard powder, and powdered sugar until smooth. Spread this custard layer over the crust in the baking dish.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt together chocolate chips and butter. Stir in Grand Marnier liqueur. Pour this chocolate layer over the custard layer.
  4. Refrigerate the bars for at least 2 hours, or until set. Cut into squares before serving.
