Ingredients
Instructions
-
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a cupcake pan with paper liners.
-
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
-
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
-
Gradually mix in the dry ingredients alternating with the milk, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients.
-
Divide the batter evenly among the prepared cupcake liners. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
-
Remove the cupcakes from the oven and let them cool completely.
-
In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar and water until smooth. Divide the glaze into separate bowls and add food coloring to each bowl to create different colors.
-
Dip the top of each cupcake into the colored glaze and let it set.
-
Cut the mini marshmallows in half diagonally. Use a dab of the glaze to stick two marshmallow halves onto each cupcake for the bunny ears.
-
Use the black decorating gel to draw eyes and a mouth on each cupcake to create the bunny faces.
-
Let the decorating gel set before serving.
