  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, cloves, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until well combined. Add the eggs, chai tea concentrate, milk, and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  5. Divide the batter evenly among the prepared muffin cups.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
  7. While the muffins are baking, prepare the glaze by whisking together the powdered sugar and water until smooth.
  8. Once the muffins are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool for 5 minutes in the tin. Then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
  9. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled muffins.
