  1. Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter.
  3. In a separate bowl, dissolve the instant coffee granules in hot water.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and dissolved coffee to the cream cheese mixture, mixing well.
  6. Fold in the whipped cream.
  7. Line a square baking dish with parchment paper.
  8. Spread half of the crushed Oreo cookies evenly on the bottom of the dish.
  9. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crushed Oreos.
  10. Top with the remaining crushed Oreos.
  11. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the top.
  12. Sprinkle chocolate shavings on top.
  13. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  14. Cut into bars and serve.
