  2. In a separate bowl, beat together sweetened condensed milk, cream cheese, lime juice, and lime zest until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Add green food coloring if desired.
  6. Pour the mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  7. Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  8. Remove from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving.
  9. Garnish with additional lime zest if desired.
