  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Roll out the pie crust and line a tart pan.
  3. Prick the crust with a fork and blind bake for 15 minutes.
  4. Peel and slice the kiwi fruits.
  5. In a saucepan, whisk together the egg yolks, sugar, cornstarch, milk, and vanilla extract.
  6. Cook the custard mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
  7. Pour the custard into the baked crust.
  8. Arrange the sliced kiwi fruits on top of the custard.
  9. Refrigerate the tart for at least 1 hour.
  10. Serve chilled with whipped cream on top.
