Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.

In a large bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, ground ginger, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing until just blended.

Stir in the dried cranberries and white chocolate chips. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.

In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla extract until smooth. Stir in the dried cranberries. Spread the frosting evenly over the cooled bars.

In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, lemon juice, and milk until smooth. Drizzle the glaze over the frosted bars.
