  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, ground ginger, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing until just blended.
  4. Stir in the dried cranberries and white chocolate chips. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
