  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rest for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Punch down the dough and divide it into 6 equal portions.
  6. Flatten each portion and place a tablespoon of butter in the center.
  7. Fold the dough over the butter and seal the edges.
  8. Shape the dough into balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  9. Cover with a damp cloth and let them rest for 30 minutes.
  10. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  11. Brush the dough balls with milk and sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
  12. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
