In a mixing bowl, combine bread flour, sugar, salt, instant yeast, and curry powder.

Add water gradually and mix until a dough forms.

Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rest for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Punch down the dough and divide it into 6 equal portions.

Flatten each portion and place a tablespoon of butter in the center.

Fold the dough over the butter and seal the edges.

Shape the dough into balls and place them on a baking sheet.

Cover with a damp cloth and let them rest for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Brush the dough balls with milk and sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
