  3. Cut the cold butter into small cubes and add it to the flour mixture. Use a pastry cutter or your hands to incorporate the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Stir in the crumbled goat cheese and chopped fresh chives.
  5. Gradually add the milk while stirring until the dough comes together.
  6. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead it a few times to bring it together.
