Chevre Biscuits

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.

Cut the cold butter into small cubes and add it to the flour mixture. Use a pastry cutter or your hands to incorporate the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Stir in the crumbled goat cheese and chopped fresh chives.

Gradually add the milk while stirring until the dough comes together.

Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead it a few times to bring it together.

Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 1/2 inch (3 cm) and use a biscuit cutter to cut out rounds.

Place the biscuits onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
