Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C).

In a mixing bowl, beat the egg whites until soft peaks form.

Gradually add the sugar and continue beating until stiff peaks form.

Gently fold in the vanilla extract, cornstarch, and white vinegar.

Spoon the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, forming individual cloud-shaped mounds.

Bake for 5 hours, then turn off the oven and let the meringues cool in the oven for 2 hours.

Once cooled, carefully remove the meringues from the parchment paper.

Serve each meringue with a dollop of whipped cream and fresh berries.
