Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the tofu into 1-inch cubes.

In a bowl, combine the flaxseed meal and tandoori spice mix. Coat the tofu cubes with the mixture.

Place the coated tofu on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until crispy.

In a separate bowl, mix together the plain yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper to make the yogurt sauce.

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the baked tofu cubes and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.

Serve the tandoori spiced tofu with the yogurt sauce and garnish with fresh cilantro.
