  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggnog, egg, and vanilla extract. Add the eggnog mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  3. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead gently for 5 minutes. Roll the dough into a 12x9-inch rectangle.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the cinnamon and dried cranberries. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the dough.
  5. Starting from one of the long sides, tightly roll up the dough into a log. Cut the log into 12 equal slices.
  6. Place the slices in a greased baking dish and let them rest for 1 hour.
  7. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the rolls for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar and milk to make a glaze. Drizzle the glaze over the warm rolls.
