Egg and Radish Salad
Radishes are a great source of vitamin C and are known for their crunchy texture and peppery flavor.

Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 8 minutes. Remove from heat and transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water.

While the eggs are cooling, thinly slice the radishes, chop the lettuce, halve the cherry tomatoes, and finely chop the red onion and dill.

Peel the cooled eggs and slice them into quarters.

In a large bowl, combine the radishes, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, red onion, dill, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Toss gently to coat.

Divide the salad onto plates and top with the sliced eggs.

Let the salad rest for 5 minutes before serving.
