  3. Spread melted butter on each puff pastry sheet.
  4. Sprinkle granulated sugar and cinnamon powder evenly over the buttered puff pastry sheets.
  5. Place marshmallows in a single layer on top of the sugar and cinnamon mixture.
  6. Roll up the puff pastry tightly, starting from one end.
  7. Cut the rolled puff pastry into 1-inch thick slices.
  8. Place the pinwheels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven and let them cool for 2 hours before serving.
