Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion, minced garlic, and diced bell pepper. Sauté until the vegetables are softened.

Add curry paste to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Stir in coconut milk and frozen peas. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Add cooked gnocchi to the skillet and mix well.

Season with salt and black pepper.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes.
