Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.

Stir in the honey, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.

Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.

Insert popsicle sticks into the molds.

Optional: Sprinkle assorted toppings on top.

Place the molds in the freezer and let them set for at least 4 hours or until firm.
