Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Crush the Nutter Butter cookies and Butterfinger candy bars separately.

In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Nutter Butter cookies and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.

In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the all-purpose flour.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the baking dish. Sprinkle the crushed Butterfinger candy bars on top.

Bake for 25 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes. Then, refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Cut into bars and serve chilled.
