  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Gradually add warm water and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
  2. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
  3. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle shape, about 1/4 inch thick.
  6. Spread Vegemite evenly over the dough, leaving a small border.
  7. Sprinkle grated cheese over the Vegemite.
  8. Starting from one of the long sides, tightly roll up the dough into a log.
  9. Cut the log into 1-inch thick slices.
  10. Place the slices in a greased baking dish, cut side up.
  11. Brush melted butter over the top of the slices.
  12. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  13. Sprinkle chopped parsley over the pull aparts.
  14. Serve warm and enjoy!
