  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, and salt. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. In a small bowl, beat the egg and vanilla extract together. Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture and mix until well combined.
  4. Press half of the dough into the prepared baking dish to form the crust.
  5. In another bowl, toss the blueberries, cornstarch, and lemon juice together. Spread the blueberry mixture over the crust.
  6. In a separate bowl, combine the brown sugar, cinnamon, and rolled oats. Sprinkle the crumble mixture evenly over the blueberries.
  7. Bake for 40 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool in the baking dish for 30 minutes before cutting into bars.
