  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add the egg mixture to the flour mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a nest shape.
  7. Place the nests on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
