  2. In a separate bowl, dissolve baking soda in warm water.
  3. Slowly add the baking soda mixture to the flour mixture and knead until a smooth dough forms.
  4. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  6. Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and shape each portion into a pretzel shape.
  7. Place the pretzels on the prepared baking sheet.
  8. In a small saucepan, melt the butter.
  9. Brush the melted butter over the pretzels and sprinkle with pretzel salt.
  10. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  11. Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
