Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).

In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined.

Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan to form the crust.

In a blender, combine the cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, eggs, honey, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Blend until smooth.
