Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces.

Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat until it starts to simmer.

Remove the cream from heat and pour it over the chopped chocolate. Let it sit for a minute.

Stir the mixture until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.

Stir in the pomegranate liqueur.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until the mixture is firm.

Using a spoon or a melon baller, scoop out small portions of the mixture and shape them into truffles.

Roll the truffles in cocoa powder to coat them evenly.
