Cupcake Menorah
The menorah is a nine-branched candelabrum used in the Jewish festival of Hanukkah. The Cupcake Menorah is a creative and delicious way to celebrate the holiday.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake tin with cupcake liners.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate large bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

Beat in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients.

Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.

Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean.

Allow the cupcakes to cool completely.

In separate small bowls, mix a few drops of food coloring with powdered sugar to create blue, yellow, and red frosting.

Frost each cupcake with one of the colors to resemble the flames of a menorah.

Decorate with edible gold stars.
