In a bowl, combine the orange zest, orange juice, condensed milk, and whipped cream.

In a separate bowl, dissolve the gelatin in water and let it sit for 5 minutes.

Heat the gelatin mixture in the microwave for 30 seconds or until dissolved.

Add the gelatin mixture, orange food coloring, powdered sugar, and orange extract to the orange mixture. Stir well.

Pour the mixture into individual bon bon molds or small cups.

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Once set, remove from the molds or cups and garnish with candied orange peel.
