Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook the shell macaroni according to package instructions.

In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes, until the mixture turns golden brown.

Gradually whisk in the milk and continue cooking until the sauce thickens.

Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.

Drain the cooked macaroni and add it to the cheese sauce. Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well.

Transfer the macaroni and cheese mixture to a baking dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and the cheese is bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
