Creamy Broccoli and Cheese
Broccoli is a member of the cabbage family and is closely related to cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, and kale.
This is vegetarian and high protein recipe. Dish can be prepared in 45 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 10.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Steam the broccoli until tender, then set aside.

In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.

Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Gradually whisk in the heavy cream until smooth and thickened.

Remove from heat and stir in the cheddar cheese until melted.

Season with salt and black pepper.

In a baking dish, spread the steamed broccoli evenly. Pour the cheese sauce over the broccoli.

In a small bowl, mix together the parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs. Sprinkle the mixture over the top of the dish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.

Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
