  3. Add the egg yolks and vanilla extract. Pulse until the dough comes together.
  4. Divide the dough into 6 equal portions. Press each portion into a tart pan, covering the bottom and sides.
  5. In a bowl, combine the cranberries, pecans, and orange zest. Spoon the mixture into the tart pans.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
