  1. In a food processor, combine flour, sugar, butter, and salt. Pulse until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add egg yolks and pulse until dough comes together.
  2. Form the dough into a disk, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to fit a 9-inch tart pan. Press the dough into the pan and trim any excess.
  4. In a medium bowl, mix cranberries, lime zest, lime juice, cornstarch, and 1/4 cup of granulated sugar. Spread the cranberry mixture evenly over the tart shell.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes, until the crust is golden brown and the cranberry filling is bubbling.
  6. Allow the tart to cool for at least 1 hour before serving. Dust with powdered sugar before serving, if desired.
