Cranberry Bliss Bars
Ingredients
Instructions
-
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
-
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
-
In a large bowl, mix together the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until well combined. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
-
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in the dried cranberries and white chocolate chips.
-
Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
-
While the bars are baking, prepare the cream cheese frosting. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
-
Once the bars have cooled, spread the cream cheese frosting evenly over the top. Drizzle with melted white chocolate and sprinkle with chopped dried cranberries.
-
Allow the bars to set for at least 1 hour before cutting into squares. Enjoy!
