Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until well combined. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in the dried cranberries and white chocolate chips.
  5. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. While the bars are baking, prepare the cream cheese frosting. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  7. Once the bars have cooled, spread the cream cheese frosting evenly over the top. Drizzle with melted white chocolate and sprinkle with chopped dried cranberries.
  8. Allow the bars to set for at least 1 hour before cutting into squares. Enjoy!
