In a large mixing bowl, combine the corn, diced jalapeno peppers, diced yellow onion, diced red bell pepper, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, melted butter, cornbread mix, salt, and black pepper.

Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.
