Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and mix well.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with the milk. Stir in the cheese, cranberries, and herbs.

Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
