In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, rolled oats, baking powder, salt, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and vegetable oil.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Fold in the chopped walnuts, almonds, and pecans.

Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.

Scoop 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.

Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Serve the pancakes topped with sliced bananas.
