In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, and salt.

In a separate bowl, mix the melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, chai tea concentrate, and milk until well combined.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
