Cookies ‘n Creme Pudding Pops
The first popsicle was invented by an 11-year-old boy named Frank Epperson in 1905. He accidentally left a glass of soda with a stirring stick outside overnight, and it froze. He called it the ‘Epsicle’ and later changed the name to ‘Popsicle’.

In a large bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth.

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.

Fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture.

Gently stir in the crushed Oreo cookies.

Spoon the mixture into popsicle molds, filling each mold about 3/4 full.

Insert a popsicle stick into each mold.

Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.

Once frozen, remove the popsicles from the molds by running them under warm water for a few seconds.

Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
