  2. Place a spoonful of avocado mixture onto each egg roll wrapper.

  4. Roll the egg roll wrappers tightly, sealing the edges with water.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry the egg rolls until golden brown.
  6. Remove from the pan and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
