  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  5. Stir in the cooled brewed coffee until well combined.
  6. In a separate bowl, sift the cocoa powder and gradually add it to the batter, mixing well.
  7. Add the sour cream and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
  8. Gradually add the dry flour mixture to the batter, mixing until just combined.
  9. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and spread it evenly.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
