Coconut Kugel

Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the coconut milk, sugar, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, salt, and ground cinnamon. Mix well.

Add the cooked egg noodles, raisins, and shredded coconut to the bowl. Stir until everything is evenly coated.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
