In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, butter, sugar, cocoa powder, yeast, and salt.

Heat the milk in a small saucepan until warm, then add it to the dry ingredients.

Mix well until a dough forms, then knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Punch down the dough and divide it into 8 equal pieces.

Roll each piece into a crescent shape and place a few chocolate chips on top.
