Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish.

Place the candy bars evenly on top of the batter.

Sprinkle the shredded coconut over the candy bars.

Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the coconut.

Pour the remaining brownie batter over the coconut and milk.
