  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Crush the digestive biscuits and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and instant coffee powder until smooth.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  6. Allow the cheesecake to cool in the oven with the door slightly ajar for 2 hours.
  7. Remove from the oven and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  8. Whip the whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
  9. Spread the whipped cream over the chilled cheesecake.
  10. Garnish with cinnamon sticks.
  11. Serve chilled.
