In a bowl, whisk together flour, ginger, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar. Add molasses, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.

Divide the dough into 12 equal portions and shape each portion into a rope. Twist each rope into a pretzel shape.

Place the kringles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Allow the kringles to cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.

In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar and milk to make the glaze. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled kringles.
